ROAS Architects is operated by me, Alex Iwaniuk, based in the Netherlands. If you have a question about anything on this page, email alex@roasarchitects.com and I'll answer it myself.
ROAS Architects is a conversion-tracking dedicated service: tracking is the product I sell to other advertisers, and I run the same infrastructure on my own site. That means we track visitors here the best we can: GA4 and Meta events, sent through our own server-side infrastructure rather than a third-party script, using first-party cookies.
There's no consent banner. By using this site, you're consenting to the cookies and tracking described here — that's the deal, not a technicality. Tracking fires the same way for every visitor, regardless of what you'd normally choose in a cookie prompt elsewhere. If that's not something you want on a site you're visiting, this isn't the service for you — and I mean that plainly, not as a warning label.
Just by visiting, your browser sends analytics and ad-platform events (page views, clicks, the usual) to GA4 and Meta, routed through our own server-side infrastructure rather than directly to those companies' scripts.
If you fill in the newsletter or case-study form, your name and email go from this site to our own n8n intake, running on our own server, and from there to kit.com, which delivers our emails. If you book a call, that goes through cal.com. The site itself is hosted on Netlify, which, like any host, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) as part of running the infrastructure. When a form submit or booking counts as a conversion, we also send a hashed version of your email address with that event to Google and Meta so they can match it to the ad click. Technical details like your IP address and browser type travel with the submission as well.
You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email alex@roasarchitects.com and I'll handle it directly. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link; use it any time and you're off the list immediately.
