ROAS Architects provides conversion-tracking infrastructure for ad-spend businesses: server-side tracking builds, CRM-to-ad-platform signal pipelines, tracking audits, and ongoing monitoring. Scope and deliverables for any paid engagement are agreed in writing before work starts — nothing on this site is itself an offer or a contract.

This site, and anything on it, is provided as-is. I don't warrant that it will be error-free, available without interruption, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what's explicitly agreed in a paid engagement.

To the extent the law allows, ROAS Architects' liability for any claim arising from this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses: lost profits, lost data, and the like.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from them goes to the competent court in the Netherlands.
