The condition. The Verified Truth Build is the fix.
Signal Debt
Small budgets worked. Then you raised the spend and the account got worse, and nobody can point at what changed.
Every sale your platforms never saw is a lesson the algorithm keeps, and keeps spending on.
Why the word is debt
You already know what technical debt does, because it accrues quietly and gets paid later at a worse rate. Signal debt behaves the same way, so it borrows the same word.
Why scaling makes it worse
Ad platforms optimise on the conversions reported back to them. A sale they never saw, or saw wrong, becomes a lesson they hold and keep acting on, so every dollar you spend afterwards is spent partly on that lesson.
More budget does not average the error out. It repeats the error at a larger scale, and the account drifts further from your real buyer the harder you push it. An ordinary tracking gap stays the size it is. This one grows with the budget: the cost compounds with spend.
Send us your busiest landing page on each traffic source you run, and we will tell you what your platforms cannot see on your own account. Written report, no account access, no call unless you ask for one.
